On behalf of the Planning Committee, I am pleased to present the final and approved program for the LOSA 45th Anniversary Celebration, as endorsed by the National Executive.

All sets are kindly enjoined to coordinate their members and ensure perfect and collective participation throughout the three-day event.

LOSA 45th Anniversary Celebration Program

 Date: Thursday 20th – Saturday 22nd November, 2025

1. Committee Resolution

The Committee has resolved that the 45th Anniversary Celebration of LOSA shall hold from Thursday 20th to Saturday 22nd November, 2025.

2. Three-Day Program of Activities

Day 1 – Thursday, 20th November 2025

Theme: Career and Talent Development Day

Activities:

a) Career Talk Session

b) Quiz Competitions between:

JSS 2 and JSS 3

SSS 1, SSS 2, and SSS 3

c) Novelty Matches:

Male LOSA Team vs Male School Team

Female LOSA Team vs Female School Team

Additional Notes:

i) Match jerseys shall be produced for both LOSA and School teams. After the matches, the jerseys will be officially handed over to the School.

ii) Side attractions shall be provided for spectators and supporters to add glamour and liveliness to the event.

Day 2 – Friday, 21st November 2025

Theme: Academic Impact and Service Day

Activities:

a) Morning Assembly (8:00 a.m.)

Latecomers (both students and LOSA members) shall be identified and required to perform light communal punishment such as picking around the school together.

b) Lecture Sessions:

To be held across classes immediately after the assembly.

Sessions to be facilitated by selected or volunteer LOSA members.

c) Donations to the School

Presentation of gifts, materials, or financial donations to support school development.

d) Jumat Service

To be observed at the School Mosque by Muslim members and students.

Day 3 – Saturday, 22nd November 2025

Theme: Celebration and Recognition Day

Venue: School Field

Setup and Logistics:

The venue will feature a well-decorated executive canopy (covering approximately one plot) as the main hall.

Additional smaller canopies will be provided for other activities and large sets.

DJ and Live Band will be on ground for entertainment.

Menu Arrangements:

Each set shall provide food and drinks for its members.

The Committee will provide a separate menu for invited guests, with surplus provisions to support any set that may not be adequately organized.

Activities:

a) Thanksgiving Service

b) Presentation of Awards to Selected Serving Teachers

c) Entertainment and Networking
